Each month, we discover a new brand that we think it’s worth talking about. This time, we were seduced by a jewelry brand that offers geometrical earrings which intrigued our eyes. We had an interview with the creator behind the brand so we can know more about her world and her inspirations.

Background and Inspiration

Tell us a little more about your background?

I studied cinema and television in Côte d’Azur, France. I graduated in 2012…during my study I learned more about filmmaking, directing, editing, and visual effects.

What first led you in the direction of making jewelry?

Honestly, I’m a Visual artist. Nothing in my studies or my passions induced me to make jewelry.

How and when did you start making jewelry pieces? Why jewelry?

Making jewelry is another form of expression for me. Designing jewelry came out of nowhere when I was invited to the red carpet at the Cannes festival while I was a student. And when I saw those beautiful earrings worn by the actresses. I said to myself this is what I want to do: designing jewelry.

You can shop those earrings online on oneaday

More About the Brand

What is the concept behind your designs?

My first jewelry making was the following year after going to the Cannes film festival when I saw an actress wearing complicated geometrical earrings and I got inspired and I used that inspiration for my collection.

What inspires your creativity when making a new piece of jewelry?

My first tattoo was a triangle and a circle: That speaks a lot about me and how much I love to take my inspirations from geometric abstractions.

What are your favorite materials/tools to use?

Using hands to create is very important to me. I don’t really like machines. We use hands to feel like we actually put parts of our souls in each creation.

What challenges do you face in your work?

The most challenging thing is to balance my way of thinking with doing.

Tell us a little bit about your latest collection.

My new collection is all about tricking the eye we can see so many big circles inside small ones it gives waves to our eyes.

I’m also trying to cheer more geometry. These types of designs are made for women who are determined.

What about your ambitions?

My ambitions are to make women beautiful, as much as they already are.

One last question

One Day, I will be…?

Time and sand will fill the empty space.
